"Buyer Beware - JemJem sells problematic refurbs. ##PROS:## Some, not all, products are cheaper due to being repaired. ##CONS:## Repairs are NOT done with OEM parts but, rather, 3rd party parts. ##SUMMARY:## Caveat Emptor! JemJem sells refurbished / repaired products. Let the buyer beware - such repairs are NOT with OEM (original equipment) parts such as screen glass. This is a HUGE problem, as these cheaper, non-compatible parts create compatibility and instability issues. Case in point: I purchased a refurbished Galaxy Note 3 and the built-in special features such as Air Gesture, Air View, Air Command, Motions, Palm Motion, Smart Screen, etc. ALL manfunctioned .. and which led to rapid battery drain. The aforementioned features had to be manually and permanently DISABLED, in order to obtain a stable and reliable product. Worth the discounted price? Not in this buyer's opinion. Caveat Emptor!"
