"I have bought a 2 iPhones and a iPad mini from JemJem - 2 separate occasions.
The iPad is fine.

But the 2 iPhones I bought - one for me, the other for my wife - each had different problems.
One has some weird memory issue.
The other came all scratched up, and screen cracked.

I called to report one of the problems.
I was informed that if I do not report the problem within 2 days of the shipping date, there is nothing they can do.
