"Ordered an Apple MacBook with the newest software. After a week, the battery died. Contacted the jemjem (which was hard to contact them since they take forever to reply and there's no way in calling them since they never answer) and they said that the 30-day warranty had ended, which didn't make any sense. They didn't do anything on their end. Left me frustrated and now I have to pay about $300 to replace the battery (almost the price I bought this computer for- $500). Very disappointed. They didn't even bother helping me out. They should have checked the battery, instead of delivering a faulty one that I have to replace now! Very frustrated!! Horrible service. "
