"I thought had ordered a phone yesterday but did not receive any thing about it. Rendered it today."

"They advertise 1.99 shipping but forget to mention that it is PER ITEM. They also send you a $10 off VIP coupon for your first order, but you can't use it if it's for a "sale" item.
I am updating this review because Jem Jem contacted me directly and they are honoring the $10 coupon. Based on this, I will have to say that I appreciate this kind of customer service. I can't rate the shipping portion since I have not received my items yet.
3/25 - Editing my review once again! So, Jem Jem emailed me saying they would apply the $10 coupon if I changed my one star rating and notified them. I thought this was good customer service so I did just that. BUT...After I updated my review, they did NOT apply the coupon. I emailed them to give them the chance to correct this but they never replied. So, ultimately I am sticking to my original one star totally disappointing customer service rating.
