"I bought refurbished Ipad from them. I turned it on to see if it's working or not and it turned on. I didn't have to use it for a month, when i turned it on again, it will work for 1 minute and turn off by itself.
I called their customer service only to be told I don't have extended warranty and that they don't know who was the previous owner.
I also bought unlocked refurbished Iphone from them only to discover it was locked.
