"This was a very disappointing interaction with JemJem. It started with the delivery being late. We purchased from jemjem because of the delivery date. The order was placed and immediately the shipping label was created (first thing in the morning) but it wasn't shipped until the following day. Also the phone would not work when we received it, it was stuck on the welcome screen and would not go to the next set up screen, does Jemjem not check their merchandise before sending to customers? I filed for a return and didn't hear back until after my boyfriend who the phone was for called, I then received the return information. Then I immediately sent the phone back, it was signed for and I didn't hear anything for 5 business days after so I sent an inquiry, after that finally in the next days my refund was processed. Just beware if you don't stay on top of this company they will blow you off. If I didn't contact them I'm not sure I would have received my refund."

And the charger was a mish mash black cable with with plugin. The usb end of the cable that attachs to the plugin broke when she tried to seperate them and there was exposed wires and metal - not safe -
