"I, too count myself among those consumers who wish they had researched Jepago.com before placing an order with them. The sad truth is that I didn't research them and I got burned. I ordered a couple of small items from them and immediately received an automated order confirmation. They quickly charged my credit card for the transaction then disappeared from the face of the earth. Their online customer tracking system never worked ... they never responded to over a dozen emails I sent them, nor have they contacted me in any way whatsoever. They are committing fraud in every sense of the word and I have filed a complaint at IC3.COM. I am working with my credit card company to have the charges reversed - a real uphill battle that I'd rather not fight. I have found my merchandise elsewhere and suggest that everyone stay far, far away from these sleezy folks."

"I purchased some phone clips from Jepago almost a month ago. I have sent 5 emails and I have called at least 20 times. I have only gotten one response by email stating that they were sorry about the delay in my order and if I wanted to cancel to order and be refunded the amount charged to my card, to respond, which I did. But to date, they still have not cancelled the ordered or refunded my money. Now I cannot even login to verify the status of my order, because their 'My Account' login is not working. Whenever I login it bounces me back to the login page.
Stay away from this company. I am placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in California. A company that takes your money and does not send the product as promised and never responds to email or voicemail, should be closed and sued! I just wish I had the foresight to look at the reviews of the company before making a purchase."

I ordered a very expensive book from Jepago.com (more then $200). They never sent the item. After bouncing me around from customer service rep to customer service rep for a month and a half they finally admitted that they did not have the book and could not send it to me. They agreed to refund the money. BUT THEY NEVER DID. They no longer answer my emails. No one ever answers their phone - it just goes straight to voicemail. I did not get the book that I needed to complete my Master's thesis AND I lost $200. Horrible experience.
I would warn all against doing any business with this company and the affiliated abebooks.com."
"After placing order & paying for it, there is no response whatsoever (email or phone) from this company. I don't know whether this order has been processed, shipped, or what status this is in. I hope that I even receive it, but who knows. I have never dealt with a business with worse communication than this. I will never deal with them again. "This is among the worst online store I've ever dealt with. I received confirmation for item I purchased 0n 10-8-2007 that item was being sent. on 10-17- 2007 after 5 attempts to call them failed (I too got the voice mail with a full mailbox)and email arrived stating the part will ship within 3 days. Got the part on 10-30-2007. that is 22 days after they said the part would ship. Now the part is defective and I emailed them again on 11-01-2007 asking for and RMA so far they have not responded.I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company.Jepago or HSM CONSULTING should in my opinion be investigated.Update: got a response from customer service that instructed me to login and return item. "Absolutely horrendous customer service (non-existent). All you will get if you try to call them is an answering machine to leave a message, which they don't respond to. The online chat to speak to a rep does not work. No response to emails. I placed an order and paid expedited shipping for an extra $40.00 for arrival in 2-4 business days. 5 business days later and the order status still says 'not yet shipped'. I ordered a cancellation of the order through google checkout, and suspended the charge via American Express, and have gone elsewhere for my purchase, needing to now pay for overnight freight; as a result jepago has now cost me money for trying to do business with them. Worst experience I have ever had with an online vendor, and I deal with many."
"I made a purchase, and like the prior respondent, no merchandise was sent, no response to emails and the voice mail was full. I filed a formal dispute with Palpal, that found in my favor after 10 days of no response. Beyond that, no funds were returned. I have now filed with IC3.gov the federal internet fraud center. Over the last month, I also observed the words "money back guarantee" and the phone number dropped off the main web pages which may indicate an unmanaged website."

They claimed 4-6 days for shipping but according to their site it hasn't even been packaged yet, meaning they haven't even prepared it for shipping. NOT recommended. Go with someone more reputable.
