"On each of the three separate occasions I have ordered from Jerry's Artarama I have had major issues. The first time they shipped a small portion of my large order and when the other items didn't arrive and I called they told me they'd been back-ordered and wouldn't arrive for another 2 or 3 months. On the 2nd and 3rd orders I submitted order to have it belatedly cancelled by them due to not having the items in stock. As a full time professional artist I don't have the time or the inclination to be subject to their poor business practices. "

Our records show that you called about this issue in August and were issued a store credit for the item. We do relly on our customers to notify us when items are missing from a shipped box.
