Impossible to get the order right- until manager helped out

"I ordered Mount Vision Soft Pastels set of 50 workshop colors.
Instead,I received 25 Mount Vision portrait pastels.
I called and was told to send them back and they would ship the correct order. I wrote a letter stating what happened and that i still awaited my 50 workshop colors. Well today i received 25 portrait pastels.

I reached a manager and she is looking into this to solve the root cause of the problem

Buying alkyd paints from J A.

"I always buy my tubes of Winsor Newton alkyd paint at Jerry's. The price seems always to be the lowest. One tip for you Alkyd painters in case you don't know this trick is to wipe both the threads on the tube and the cap with vaseline after each use. This keeps the alkyd from drying around the tube and eventually, the cap will be impossible to screw on. Instead of the free shipping,
I opt the small fee first class service. I get my supplies faster.

Thank u very much for the great service on a order that was totally messed up

"Well I deleted some items that were in my cart and then added new items to my cart when I placed the order for $39.05 it said it was accepted and processed and gave me a confirmation number. When I went to view the confirmation in my email everything that I originally deleted from my cart was added back in and the charges of $87.70 was processed instead of the $39.05 . Customer service handled the problem as best as it could and I got refunded back the $87.70. Thank u and your people for handling of this most outrageous problem thoroughly and efficiently."

Super Quick and Quality

"Where I live I would have to drive quite a ways just to get to a just ok art supply store, but Jerry’s has the specific brushes I want and for the cheapest I’ve seen. I got my stuff really quick and love my Old Holland brushes to pieces. "

ordering on line

"Oredering online from Jerrys catalogue is NOT easy. Some items aren't listed in
the catalogue even when I peruse from cover to cover(like Fredrix gallery wrap
stretcher bars). I have to ask on the phone if they are still carried.
Opening my acct. is not easy either. I have to try several times to avoid all the
discount lists and once I get to my acct. it gets overrun with discount stuff.
"

Final product was satisfactory

"I told the phone rep I wanted two 20x30" frames for oil paintings on stretched canvas. She steered me to the wrong frames, and I didn't realize it until they arrived. It cost me $30 to return them."
