"Let me caveat this by saying that I actually cancelled my order before I had the displeasure to be truly disappointed, but when you are ordering a 400+ camera, you expect certain things. 1) A bill without additional fees added to it. 2) a Customer service line that actually answers phones. 3) a Confirmation email. and finally, 4) feedback on online ratings sites that aren't obviously tampered with by self-interested business owners. If these guys aren't scammers perpetrating fraud, they sure act like they are."

Usually extras are just attactive so you buy a package deal, and the extras are usually useless; but in this package deal, every item was very valuable. "I bough my Sony FX7 and it was nothing but trouble, not only did i get quoted 3 different prices from 3 different people on the phone when i called them from Japan, but then once i sent them the final amount owed as per their emails they then said i had to give them more money because that quote in the email was incorrect.

After i paid yet more money they finally sent the item of and declared it as being worth well under the $2000 value so customs at the airport stopped the parcel and i had to go through the whole process of dealing with customs and providing proof of value because JerseyPhoto have no idea what they are doing.

By far the worst company i have dealt with in my life, once more they send me emails asking for a 5 star review yet they dont want to even refund or fix the issues they caused. "

I purchased a Sony camera DCR-SR220 from them on July 5,2009 I never received the camera and when I called there company I was giving the run around. I tried at this point to just get my money back because they did not want to send me a camera but once again was giving excuse after excuse. I am glad I used Paypal on Ebay for my purchases so I was protected 100% But I gave JerseyPhotoStore every effort to help me leave as a satisfied customer.
