"I ordered an (in stock) item from Jessops some 10 days ago as I thought I'd support a traditional high street retailer rather than Amazon, but now realise it was a dreadful mistake. My card has been charged, but nothing delivered, there is no information using the order checker on their website, their phone number is permanently closed, their live chat deactivated and they don't answer emails, so are completely unreachable. I now have no choice but to go to my cc company, trading standards and ultimately the police. :-("

"Recently bought a camera from them which didnt work. Tried to return it but unfortunately outside the 28 days . I had the most appauling customer services from the staff at Jessops meadowhall. I was mis advised by the staff and spoken to in a very abrupt and rude manner by the manager. The camera was a Pentax and they were fantastic with me ( I spent many hours sorting it out myself) . If it wasnt for them I would have been left with a broken camera that had never worked . Thankfully their customer service was fab and they sent me a new camera. I was told by Pentax that they had had lots of complaints about Jessops, My advice is but a pentax but dont shop at Jessops!!!"
