"I have ordered from Jet.com 3 times now. So far they had an item for $75 cheaper than the other place we were going to buy it from and their customer service has proven to be amazing. I have received kind notes and when there was a mistake with my order they were so friendly to refund my money. My favorite part of the whole experience was waiting the short time on the phone. Their phone system had me cracking up so much that I had to put it on speaker phone so that other people in my house could know what I was laughing at. At this point my plan is to check JET.com first for everything I need to order online. "
"The saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is" - lesson of the day. I ordered thru the JET website. A table a chair set. You think JET will stand by the product....Don't be fooled! The table was actually by Dorel Asia (customer service is in Canada, the product was manufactured in Vietnam) and the distributer was Cymax Stores Inc. So convoluted! The original table top was delivered damaged. I called the phone number for Dorel Asia and was told to email pictures of the damage. The apology was swift and a new table top was on its way. Replacement was delivered with even more damage than the original. My only recourse is to take everything apart. (about 75 screws and bolts), box everything back up and return it for a refund. Are they serious!?! It took an hour and a half to put it together! Buyer beware!! I say- buy local! They probably got more in insurance money from FedEx and UPS than I paid for the dining set! "
"I've been using Jet.com for several months now to pick up household items and dry groceries. They have a great selection of organic/non-gmo foods and products. I've had only a few random issues occur which is pretty common when having items shipped to you; they resolved the issues so quickly and wonderfully, no hassles whatsoever! I love them!! And they package everything so carefully and securely. Everything is wrapped in plastic Ziploc bags, bubble wrap or in separate smaller boxes to ensure nothing is smashed. The prices of your products in your cart drop as well as you continue to shop. Plus, you get everything in 2 days! They rock. "
"After having bought various things practically since the page was opened to the public I can say for sure that the customer service is atrocious. Only once I contacted them in the past about a missing shipment and they were very unhelpful but the product finally arrived so I didn't complain anymore. Also their packaging most of the time leaves a lot to be desired.
Now to top it off they deactivated my account without warning just because I added and used a shipping address of a forwarding mail company to send personal care items to family abroad. Not only it isn't illegal or anything but the webpage doesn't mention such restriction and the account was suspended with zero warnings, I was simply notified by a very short email and that's it, they couldn't care less about me as customer or about my shopping history with them."
"I've had several experiences where there descriptions are wrong. What you think you are ordering and what you get are usually two different things. If you are ordering paper towel this isn't probably a huge deal but if you are thinking about making a larger purchase, like a $1000 spotting scope, stick to the established resellers so they don't send you a $300 one. Customer service doesn't know anything so don't bother calling them. Just ship it back and hope they refund you. It's not worth the hassel. "
