I'm sorry I did that because a jarred food item I purchased arrived spoiled due to a dented lid and missing safety seal, which means it was picked and packed that way. "Googled items to purchase in July, and Jet.com offered the lowest costs. Have made 3 orders so far--each time got free shipping plus 15% promotion-code discount--and have been completely satisfied with the experiences. Order may come in multiple shipments, all arriving in 2 days as claimed. Multiple shipments may cause double credit card charges in pending as happened to me once, but they were cleared right after order was delivered and the final charges were corresponding to the value of each shipment. Suggest Jet resolve this confusion soon,; otherwise, their Jet Heads will have to answer a lot of phone calls from concerned customers like me and have to spend time on explain thing, which adds to their cost."
"I finally decided to give Jet a try. I ended up ordering a bunch of stuff as the more I ordered the more my prices dropped. All products were lower than anywhere I checked so I was very happy. My order arrived in 2 days as stated. Packaging was just OK, as some stuff was crushed but no damage. I've been on the site daily since then just browsing for my next purchase. I found a product and placed it in my cart, opted out of returns, price dropped and selected two of them so price went down a bit more. I left stuff in cart and last night when I went on to order additional pet products for their birthday bash sale I noticed my product was a different price and now said the product is not a part of any promotion. I figured it was due to the 20%. Since I didn't find 4 products to qualify for the discount anyways, I opted to wait. Today when I checked, the product is still at the same price saying it was not eligible for promotions. I emailed Jet last night about this and another situation I was having with the site and didn't quite get my answer. I called this morning and again did not get a straight answer. I am not happy with the answer I did receive. I believe the pricing on the product was changed by Jet and not by manufacturer request as they claim. This makes me question their honesty and do know if I feel comfortable ordering from them again. My advice, take screen shots of your order, items in cart, item prices, etc. because it seems like they may change depending on your browsing."
"Ok so I was so excited when I came across Jet.com. I ordered twist rainbow lollipops to put in centerpieces for my daughters unicorn themed party.
I waited 2 weeks before I contacted someone from their site and they said they hadn't shipped it out. So they did the next day and the week later I received my package. I was all excited until when I opened the bag it was 2 bags of rubber bands. I was so confused this is obviously not what I ordered. I they made a mistake. So I emailed again letting them know about the mix up. They responded very quickly which was nice and said they would replace them and reship the correct items. So I waited another week. Today I received a package and opened it to find... Rubber bands! What the heck really!
Now I'm so upset and assuming they don't actually have the items I ordered and want my money back. This site is a scam and so ridiculous! Don't order from here! "
"I ordered a car amplifier from this place because I got such a great deal. I saved $30 over other online retailers. When i did not get an email about my package the next day, I began to get worried. Usually they email you the next day when they ship it, but I did not. I read reviews and started to get concered, as my package was stuck on processed for days. They need to work on their communication when it comes to shipping, because when they gave me the tracking num, it showed that it was shipped the next day after my order, they did not notify me till a day after they shipped. I contacted jet help, and the reply was fast and supportive. Package came in 4 days after the order, I could complain about the packaging, although the product was in mint condition, the packaging made me feel that the amp could've been dead on arrival. It turned on! Overall I am satisfied with Jet.com because they delivered on their part!"
"I placed my order last night for $68.51. The money was immediately debited from our bank account. The next day there was another debit for $43.13. I called customer service and spoke with Matt. He told me the original hold would be held approximately 5-7 business days before being released. I was told there would also be another charge of $12 and some change. When I expressed my concern about this and the fact that I was never told the money would held twice, he didn't care at all. I told him this would most likely be my last order, he said that's ok. We have lots of other. I was basically told they didnt need my business so they certainly won't get my business again. The prices are good but the billing and customer service is the worst. I won't be ordering again. "
"Prices aren't that great - hit or miss depending on the item. I placed my first order on 7/11 and didn't receive any update email until 7/18, when they told me "sorry, there's a delay" but provided no concrete ship date. On 7/27 they finally cancelled my order, stating "unable to fulfill." That's OVER TWO WEEKS! I placed a second order on 7/15 - didn't receive any shipping update on that one for a full week. I'm used to 24-48 hour turnaround, even on weekends. Sorry Jet, but you're going to have to do a LOT better than that to compete with other reputable online retailers. "
"Before you purchase from Jet.com, PLEASE beware that they double charge for a period of time. Jet will charge your card as a "pre-authorization" then when it ships, you get charged again. If for any reason your order it sent in multiple shipments, which is likely, you can be charged 3 times.
My debit card was charge $299 for a $167 order. When I emailed to complain, they didnt offer to expedite the refund. Below was their response.
