"My review relates more to the method of delivery. First and foremost I love shopping with Jet.com, told all my family and friends who are too lazy I mean too busy to go shopping. Orders are filled almost immediately (within an hour or less) and the savings are unbelievable. I live in Chicago and decided I will never buy things I can get from Jet.com in a retail store again. Unfortunately, I may sadly have to stop using Jet.com because the method of delivery is Fed Ex. My experience with Fed Ex has never been good. My first order from Jet.com was stolen I guess because it was left in an unsecured area , even though, I sat by my window all day because my window of delivery was " by the end of the day". In any case my items were replaced by Jet.com no questions asked. At a previous address I had a similar incident with Fed Ex. Hmmm what a coincidence huh. If anyone has experienced questionable service from Fed Ex please drop the Jet Heads an email. Hopefully they would consider different mans of delivery. "

"I ordered 3 cartons of the 24 16oz bottles of VOSS water on two separate occasions.
The first case had 1 open bottle. I threw it away and didn’t think about it until I received my next order which had a total of 5 opened bottles.
In one box there was an open bottle in which the top wasn’t included and the seal wasn’t broken. The other box had a total of 4 opened bottles in which the seals had been broken.
I sent them an email requesting 25% of one order. Since a box of 24 is $19.61 which is an average cost of .82 cents per bottle, I requested a credit of $4.92 (which included photos).
They refunded the entire $19.61 within 3 days without asking me to return the bottles.
I will continue to order from Jet.com as long as they have the lowest prices on the items I purchase."
"This was my first order with jet. I went to their site and compared prices with what I normally pay at the grocery store. Some items were cheaper and some weren't. My real goal was to purchase the heavy bulky items I always hate dealing with at the grocery store like cat litter, cat food and laundry detergent. I ordered on Thursday and received Saturday morning. The order was complete. My only complaint is the thin boxes they ship in and the fact that the liquid laundry detergent leaked out a small amount. The bottle was taped, wrapped in bubble wrap and then inside a plastic bag. So I'm not sure what they could have done differently. I'll definitely order again, but no liquids. "

"I honestly don't understand why people have rated Jet with 4 stars. I have placed three orders, only to use the Triple15 discount. I will never, EVER, purchase from them again.
I had first ordered a set of three tables. Out of nowhere, my order was canceled. No phone call, only a simple e-mail just saying "sorry, please call us when you are ready to re-order." Okay, I thought. Fine. I'll call and re-order. So I did. I used my husband and my credit card to pay.
Unfortunately, the order had not been processed 5 days after ordering, and instead, my husband gets a phone call from Jet, with a message directed to me. They left a message on HIS phone, asking ME to call them back. I did. It was a hassle. They had to know why I was using a credit card that had his name on it. (I get it, anti-fraud and extra security, but MY NAME was on the card).
By then, one of the tables had sold out, so I ordered the other two and waited for the third table to come back into stock. About a week later, I noticed it did, and then I placed my final order for the remaining table. A few days after that, I get an e-mail that my item had shipped. Great! So, I clicked on the tracking number provided by Jet and low and behold, THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS INVALID. Here I am, 12 days later, after the "your item is scheduled to arrive within 2-5 business days" e-mail.
There was no follow up from Jet. I had to e-mail them in order to figure out what was going on with the tracking number. The customer service reps were very nice in handling this situation, but never had a definitive answer! I always had a new rep every time I had a question with the account! I have just sent Jet ANOTHER e-mail regarding the issue, and they claim that they are "still waiting to hear from the vendor." Sorry Jet, it does not take TWELVE days to hear from a vendor. Pick up the phone and call them. I just want my table that I already paid for."
"I purchased 12 hot sauces which are packaged in a glass container, and one bottle was broke completely when it was delivered to my house. The package was wrapped by thin air bags and put it in jet box, therefore, I called the customer service, their service attitude was really nice, also understand the point need to improve the technical package or delivery server. Plus they sent me a new hot sauce next day. I am satisfied of this customer service."
"I found the shopping app for them and d/l to my device...found that its easy to shop their site...checkout was easy too and a promo code helped me save money on my chosen purchase which was ordered 6/13...so far I see the order is processing which is a little movement since yesterday...I see it says 2-5 day delivery on this purchase...ok, we shall see, and it will be then that I will upgrade my rating or not...the merchant the item is being fulfilled by hasn't had very good ratings anywhere on the net...so I truly hope that Jet keeps up with these merchants and keeps them above board....251.96$ is a lot of money for there to be any mishaps from a merchant they use."

"Placed my order on 6/2/16 and was emailed an expected delivery date of 2-5 business days and didn't hear anything else from Jet. Called them when my item didn't arrive by the 6th business day, only to be told there was a slight delay and would be getting shipping confirmation the next day, which of course I did not.
After multiple calls and being given the run around, received an email this morning saying my order can't be fulfilled at all!!! I have guests coming into town and this item was to ensure the guest bath is functional! Jet shouldn't advertise items they don't have! If I'd been told right away they didn't have it, I could have ordered elsewhere and already received it!"
"I live in dickinson, nd it has the highest cost of living because it is an oilfield workers state. Just an idea Mc Donalds has no dollar menu here l, rv lots cost up to 4800 a month. So now you know how expensive it is. Jet.com sells a pack of 4 goya gandules for 10.60ish here cash wise which is the more expensive supermarket sells 1 can for 1.98 that's still under 8 bucks that means jet.com charges more then the highest price market in the nation. Now if you buy products from here without checking your a sucker. Because you just got ripped off. There is no savings here stop being lazy and go to the store. Being fat is not a disability. I'm a disabled vet with bad hips, knees, back and ankles and still I don't use the motorized chairs at walmart. "
"My order came quickly. My only complaint is that you cannot look at the product's ingredients on the web site. I have to give away(not worth returning) most of my order, as the food contains ingredients I'm allergic to. I was not able to see the ingredients prior to ordering. I don't feel that I should have to go to a different site to look the product and its ingredients up. Overall, I'm very happy with JET."
