"I was having problems with my old portable media player and after reading fairly positive reviews, I decided to get a Cowon A3. I searched around and tried to find the best deal. Jetmall came up and not only had the lowest price, but they had free shipping and a special combo with a free carrying case and remote. I actually forgot to check the reviews here on Reseller Ratings which was really stupid of me because I might not have purchased from them if I did. However, my experience ended up being okay so I was lucky.
I placed my order on the night of Tuesday 12/23/08 (note, this is 2 days before Christmas, I did not expect to receive it until after Christmas). I didn't have any problems with the ordering process like some of the previous reviewers. I immediately got a confirmation e-mail with my order details. The next day on 12/24, I got an e-mail from UPS giving my delivery info. I got another e-mail from Cowon on 12/25/08 (Christmas day) saying that my item was shipped. I check the tracking and it just said the billing info was received. The package was finally shipped out on Monday 12/29 according to UPS tracking. I am assuming that this delay is because of the holiday, perhaps they had Christmas and the following weekend off and then shipped the package out on Monday. I received the package with no problems and it was packed well.
In conclusion, my transaction went smoothly with no problems. There was a slight delay in shipping the item out but I'm guessing it was because of the Christmas holiday. I'm actually kind of glad I forgot the read the reviews here on Reseller Ratings because I might've ended up paying much more for my Cowon A3 somewhere else."

Their website malfunctioned while taking my order. Long story short: they charged my credit card, the order is in their system marked as "Not Finalized" and they will not answer email.
My advise is to AVOID these guys like the plague."

"I placed an order for the iRiver clix 8 gb at JetMall. However, looking on the website later, the iRiver was no longer listed anywhere on the site, and the Live Support was extremely unhelpful as to why the product had suddenly disappeared from the site.
Later, they sent an email saying my order had been shipped. Today, I received an email saying my order had been canceled.
They have not yet refunded the money ($239.99) to my credit card.
It seems like this company is doing the same thing to me as they did to warnerpeter. Caveat emptor."

"I order online all the time. I have for many, many years. I have my own business and order parts on a daily basis. I attempted (attempted) to place an order for a Cowon D2 MP3 Player from JetMall. I know how to do this, as I stated before. My information is always the same and I use the same card because this card is STRICTLY for online purchases and my Bank is aware of this fact. I generally transfer money from another account to my "online" account so as not to keep an excess in that account. Online purchasing can be risky, to say the least. At JetMall I filled in the forms exactly as I always do and clicked the "submit" button. NO GO! I received an error stating that my shipping and billing address had to match----they DID match. Their Site advised be to go back and try again. I went back, rechecked everything and then clicked "submit" again--NO GO! What is going on? By this time I was getting nervous. Their site said it would allow me to try three times. OK. I went back and double/triple/quadrouple checked. The only thing I could possibly change was adding a "period" after my middle initial--which I did, and clicked "submit" for the third time. NO GO! Same error message! NOW, I get a message stating that my account would be charged THREE times until things were cleared up! When I checked "My Account" at JetMall (which I was forced to open if I wanted to order), I found THREE DIFFERENT ORDER NUMBERS!! I emailed JetMall immediately and finally received a very short and terse response that it was my responsibility. I should call the 800 number on the back of my card. My Bank was astounded. They are now watching this closely to see what happens. I asked JetMall to cancel the three transaction immediately within 10 minutes after attempting to place ONE order. It is now THREE days later and they have done NOTHING. I have a consult with my Bank's Legal team on Monday."
"Jetmall is an online store that sells Cowon Mp3 players. Cowon is the company that makes some of the best mp3 players on the market. I saved about 30 bucks by buying it directly from them. They offered free shipping and a free charger for buying directly.
I purchased a U5 mp3 player for my brother and an I Audio7 for myself. The experience was a breeze. they described the item perfectly. I ordered on April 21 and received item on April 23. They also emailed the UPS tracking number to me.
The service was very reliable. The product was awesome. The firmware was a breeze to update. The only thing I didn't like was that the I Audio7 required me to format the hard drive in order to get the extra fast transfer speed. Cowon listed the fix on their website but I believe they should have done it themselves. It isn't the easiest process.
The U5 was a great deal. The only gripe I have is the input for the USB data cable seems awkward. For the price I purchased I can live with it. Buy new headphones! The packaged ones do not give the mp3 players any justice.
I also recommend turning off all the audio effects and using a flat EQ. I have about 1500 hundred tracks and what sounds good on one song or album usually doesn't sound good for another.
Overall I'm very please with both the product and the service. If I lost my I audio7 I would probably purchase another one."
