"Part did not match the part number ordered, nor the picture included in the package. Contacted them and they acted as if I was lying. Sent pictures and measurements and eventually they emailed back saying "RMA issued". That's it. No sorry, no we are shipping the correct part. Nothing. And I've seen no RMA yet either. If you want to wait a few months to possibly fix your machine, buy your parts here. Of course no one reads these reviews until after have an issue. "
"They do not back their work, I had a new impeller and wear ring installed, within 1 hour the wear ring was damaged due to them not doing the job correctly and refused to replace it, their Workshop manager Oliie is nice as pie when they are booking in and taking your money, however once something goes wrong his attitude changes."
"I ordered a extender kit and impeller tool for a 1995 Seadoo XP on 7-1-12. Both items were in stock according to their website. My credit card was also charged for the full balance of the order that same day. After 2 weeks of checking my order status online, I decided to email them since the status of my order hadn't changed at all. The status was "in process". I emailed them on 7-14-12 inquiring about the status of my order. I got a response that day from Seam Nines of customer service. His email reply was "let me check for you -
I know we had to get the extender from another source". I received 2 automated emails on 7-18-12 showing that the merchant had split my order into 2 seperate orders. The impeller tool was shipped but the extender kit was put on back order status. Now a month goes by and I didnt see any change in status for the extender kit so I emailed them again on 8-15-12 inquiring about the status.I got a response that same day from Sean Nines of customer service. He replied with "Sorry for the delay. Our supplier is still out so tomorrow I will get on the phones and find another distributor that carries this item - Check for your order status to update once I found it". Well I havent received any correspondance since then and its been over 2 months now since I placed the original order. Needless to say I am not happy at all with their customer service. Keep in mind, they charged me for the complete order on July 1. Most merchants do not charge until the item is shipped. Be careful with this merchant. This was a bad experience for me."
