"Yes, it did take weeks to arrive, which im not worried about as i wasnt in any hurry. I received an email to say it had been shipped and tracking information (not that i used it). My ring arrived yesterday and i was very happy to see the item. It was packaged beautifully and fitted perfectly. I also received a money off coupon which i put towards buying another ring straight away. Once again, i am not in any hurry, but i did notice you can pay extra for fast delivery, which i feel is fair enough as most companies do this as well. So thanks for not disappointing me. As long as you are not in any rush, i would say you can buy with confidence.

"Well to start with my order never even arrived then when I emailed to say it never arrived I just went round in circles trying to explain it to some idiot. Then I finally get a phone number to call and the person I spoke to on the phone was useless. They can’t give me a timeframe for a refund or even a decent reason why I can’t have my money back. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. 0/10 would not recommend. "
