Be very careful with this company. Do not buy.

"I purchased an Android / DVD unit beginning of the year . Firstly no audio. They after contacting forced me to buy another CAN bus interface even after sending them the wiring and telling them there is no CAN bus connection between the installed radio and the external amplifier. After sending me the second interface unit I did my own trouble shooting (the answers and the support was very slow also the shipping was taking quite long). Finally I found out that the wiring of the provided adapter set was wrong. No CAN bus interface needed ! Now after having at least the audio working I found out that the mic for the telefone function is not working at all. Also the backlight of the control buttons is not working.Now it is October and I do not get any response of the support anymore .
Do not buy anything from this company as you will get something not working and no support!!

Really bad experience

"I picked 1 because I am not allowed to pick 0. My order came incomplete, I paid extra for a can bus that did not work. My radio is not working properly and they give me the run around. Bad customer service. You can only communicate by email which sometimes takes 2 days for a reply. I would not buy anything from this company unless you live in China and you have a physical address to go personally to get your money back."

no can do

"26 days and still no shipment on purchase OMG weak.....

27 days and still no shipment after being told it would be shipped by today, you are the worse and full of total BS....

28 Days still not shipped, how stupid are you people that right your not people, crap company to do business with....

Well after 33 days it finally arrived and guess what, it is not what they said it was, this has turned out to be a waste of money and time, should of just got a cheap a unit from Ebay, not what they say it is, no instructions at all, parts I have no idea what they are or for, missing parts this company has no idea at all what they are doing, do not buy from them.

"I bought a car gps head unit and initially was satisfied with the product and service, until the unit developed a problem. The device started behaving strangely so I contact Jewellet support. They provided a firmware update. I checked with their support that a firmware upgrade would not affect the navigation software etc. and was given instructions how to install the upgrade.
Unfortunately after install, the navigation software would no longer start. The path was set exactly the same as before. After a few more messages to Jewellet support, they claimed they have deleted the maps for my country so they cant help. Next they stopped replying to my messages. What company that sells GPS units around the world would delete maps for whole countries? Answer = none.
So my advice is to buy this GPS head unit, but not from Jewellet. There are many other sellers with similar or better prices where you stand more chance of support if there is a problem.

"I recently bought a GPS Radio from Jewellet. Their cusotmer care center was very quick and answered immediately to all my questions. So far so good I ordered the radio and it was shipped to me after 3 weeks.

Big surprise, it was only partially working, In particular there is no or only partial function on
• GPS Navigation
• DVB-T TV
• SD-CARD
• USB Stick
• Rear camera (Reverse camera)
• Wheel connection
• RDS Function with the radio
• Bluetooth

I wrote to the Jewellet Customer care center several times, send even screenpictures, there was no reply at all.

The price is interesting, but Jewellet might be good for IT specialist and buyers who are not requesting any after sales servce.

"I had quite an interesting experience with this Jewellet. Their website looks really shady of course, but the GPS unit looked good so I sent a few emails to their customer service department. They were very responsive, answered all my questions, and even sent me a instruction manual, all good signs.

So I ordered it with PayPal, and waited for a shipping confirmation. After a week or two of no additional communication from them, I contacted the customer support people and they said it was shipping soon. This was the story for the next couple weeks, and after close to a month with no shipping notices, I told them I would like to cancel. After reasoning with someone in their company for twenty minutes or so over their instant message customer help, they refunded all my money through PayPal.

So I honestly can't comment on the quality of their actual products since they never sent me anything, but on the plus side they did refund my money.

Supplied a faulty In Dash DVD / GPS unit for my car. Made me pay $98AUS to return back for repairs and the would not return unit back to me
