"Charged $1700 for an empty jewelry box. Nuragold scammers will fight your credit card dispute, claiming that the delivery of an empty box proves they delivered jewelry. False! They sent an empty box!"
"Bought a 10k gold necklace from this seller on eBay. The ad stated for a 5mm 24” 10k gold rope necklace the weight is suppose to be 11.4 grams, I received the necklace but the weight is way off! The necklace weight Is 9.1 grams. This necklace is off by 2.3 grams. No reply from seller but they did refund my money after filing a item not as described Ed on eBay. Looking around at reviews for the Jewelrypot there is a lot of poor reviews and a few from the bbb. Stay away unless you want to throw away your hard earn money."
"I purchased a 600.00 5 mm 30 in gold chain for my husband for Christmas and by March for no reason it broke in half. When I received it it looked beautiful . So I ordered a 1mm for me and a 2 mm for my daughter for Christmas and now 5 month in and my daughters gold chain has now broke again for no reason. These chains are very very cheap. I have purchased over 1000.00 dollars now threw this company and 5 months after purchasing all the chains have broke. Very disappointed in these products . I feel they should be replaced or money back . I will never order threw this company again .."
"I purchased 14k solid white gold 2 mm oval hoop earrings from Jewelry pot via the amazon market place. I had searched for about 11 months to find what I wanted, to replace a pair I had accidentally thrown away. I wanted oval not round, gold, not overlay or silver, and small not large. I cannot express how much I truly love the earrings I got form Jewelry pot . The price was good, the packaging was superb, and delivery was fast. U will use this vendor whenever possible inthfuture"
"One earring, not a set, arrived in a thick, well-secured, box like a hairpin."
"The only reason I gave Jewelry Pot one star is that negative stars are not available as an option. I purchased a pair of gold earrings for my wife, and the product listing clearly stated that the item contained 11.21g of gold. Well, when the item arrived, the label on the item stated 9.32g. I weighed the item on scientific scales and this is approximately correct. I contacted Jewelry Pot, and they claimed it was an honest error, just a clerical error by the person who created the listing. Conveniently, the error overstated the god content of the item. Also, looking through internet ratings, this type of deceptive advertising is a recurring problem there. Jewelry Pot offered to return the item, but by then I had given it to my wife and she liked it, so I could not return it. They offered a 10% discount, which was better than nothing, until I figured that the item contained about 17% less gold than claimed, and that by then the price of the item was already reduced by more than 10% compared to what I paid for it. After pointing that out and expressing my frustration, the Jewelry Pot rep finally agreed to offer me 10% off of the new price, which would have been about $100 refund. Sounds good, right? Not so fast! Jewelry Pot then proceeded to refund me less than half of what they had agreed to. So, please be careful when dealing with this vendor. In my experience their item descriptions are misleading, possibly deceptive, and they have not delivered upon the promised remedy."
"I purchased 2 items from this company, the price was average for today's market, my purchase consisted of 2 items of jewelry totaling up to the value of $950.
once arrived, I was really not happy with the items, they are of a very poor quality, jewelrypot didn't want to honor their 30 day return policy.
I had the jewelry tested, all the tests results were the same, the jewelry was fake.
Their customer service has to be one of the worst that I have encountered in a long time, they are fast to encourage you to buy from them, but try to avoid the return policy.
I have been ripped off big time, as it currently stands I am filing a court case against their company."
"Horrific experience with this company, the end product was terrible. I had only had my new bracelet for just under a week and 2 of the links had snapped, I imediatlly contacted Jewelrypot to explain the situation, they went on to tell me ''It's not our problem'' The color of the gold has faded into more of a gray/silver, after wearing the bracelet for more than a week it has been leaving green marks on my wrist! I am down $300, shocking customer service 40+phone calls and still no answer. Do yourself a massive favor and buy jewelry from a trusted company!"
