"I pride myself in giving fabulous personal service to everyone. The previous reviewer was no exception. I worked with her for about 18 months. Over the course of that 18 months, we had done multiple Computer Aided Designs for her, which she ended up cancelling without payments. She ordered and returned numerous high-dollar stones...some were months late, but we let her do it anyway.
I'm a tiny company and on each of those returns, I absorbed the shipping charge and all credit card fees on both the order and the return. However, after an excessive number of returns in a short period of time, my stone vendor insisted on assessing additional fees on her returns. She agreed.
Just before posting her review below, she ordered another stone, a pink sapphire this time. I was in Madagascar, but I did communicate with her several times a week while I was gone (I just checked my email records). I sent her images of different colors so she could decide which hue she wanted. She finally decided and placed her order. She did not wait a month for service, nor has anyone ever had to wait a month for service. Once again, she decided to return the pink sapphire. I reminded her of the return policies she agreed to previously. She insisted she would not pay them because I didn't mention it before her order. Over the course of 18 months I was out many hundreds of dollars and countless hours of my time working with her. In my 23 years of doing business, I have asked only 3 or 4 people to take their business elsewhere. She was one of them.
