I ensure that I review the item description as once the size of a set of earrings was very small - however its description was accurate, I just didn't read it. The only thing I note is that you read the product descriptions very carefully, as while some items are 18kt, 14kt or 10kt Solid Gold. many items are gold plated white metal (German Silver) or gold plate over Solid Sterling Silver. Also, unless the stone is specified as NATURAL or GENUINE, it is either created, synthetic or simulated (generally CZ in the product code). "I cant get ANY help from anybody & Im at my wits end I made a $135 purchase. I got it 5 weeks later and with company approval returned it. According to the USPS tracking number they received the return 30 days ago but customer service keeps saying return not confirmed by shipment dept. "I bought an emerald center stone ring for my daughter as a Christmas present. It was a lovely ring, I only bought it about 2 weeks before Christmas. Though I have some comments, I’m not good at envisioning the size of a stone that is given in millimeters—I expected something not much larger than a pinhead for the price, and was pleased to instead discover a considerably more substantial center stone than I had expected. Second, it sparkled nicely and had the look of a decent quality piece of jewelry—the gold is marked inside the band as I hoped. And third, the presentation box was quite nice too—there was a box with the flip top lid and a little silver colored latch which the ring actually nested in, and THAT box was inside a cardboard box. Very easy to just tuck inside a tiny gift bag—no wrapping necessary. The ring was true to size (ordered 5.5) and our daughter seemed pleased with it. The setting is definitely on the more delicate & thin side though, so I’m not sure how it will hold up over time. But for the price, I may just come back for one for myself in the amethyst color, which is my birthstone. What I didnt like sort of is it came a day after Christmas. But it is totally understandable since I only ordered 2 weeks before Christmas. "

"I want to warn anyone from buying from this shady company. I bid on a solid gold 14kt ring with a lab created diamond and I won, to my surprise when the ring arrived it was gold plated and had a CZ. It took me weeks to get a response from them, I returned the item and they have had it for over a month and still have not issued my refund. They said they would be issuing it on January 31st and I followed up on February 9th to be told their system was down and they couldn't issue and for me to follow up/ I followed up and no response. They got their cheap fake ring back now give me my money back. Save yourself the headache and try a different site."
