"Just got engaged & get married in 11 days so I had to order ring on line. Placed order on 7/20/10 & paid for UPS 2nd day air. Called Vortex 7/26/10 because I still hadn't rec'd ring. They said it would take 10 more days. I get married in 5 days. No where on their site does it tell me it would take a total of 16 days to process my order. I had to cancel and now I have 5 days before my wedding and no ring to give my groom. I will never place an order w/Vortex again."

"This store does not know what the customer service is. They did not provide the tracking number or when they ship. The toll free number does not work, no reply to the e-mail. When I called the office number to ask when they shipped my order, I caught them at third time trial and they just said that they have shipped and it would soon arrive in a week. "
