"I did not have a really good experience with my order. I placed my order and was never contacted by Jewels Warehouse until 2 weeks later, telling me that the item I ordered was on back order and won't be shipped for another two weeks. Naturally, I was very disappointed as it was a gift for a member of my family. I tried contacting Jewels Warehouse by phone...with much difficulty; then sent them an e-mail (got no response); tried again and again by phone, until one day, not following the prompts on their machine, I managed to get a LIVE person. That individual was understanding/helpful and assisted me in changing my order as I needed it to arrive in a timely basis. I found the same item at a discounted price elsewhere and with free shipping; called back Jewels Warehouse who agreed to ship the item free for me. I gave Jewels Warehouse the business only because of the very kind sales rep with whom I spoke. I received the item, safe and sound (although the box that my gift was in was not intact)and when checking my account, I was charged for shipping, against our agreement. I again called Jewels Warehouse and was told that I would get a refund on the shipping charges after 30 days. That was certainly not in the agreement we had made. I am very disappointed at the customer service/sales techniques of this warehouse, who pose themselves as professionals. I will not do business with them in the future. Too many hassles, uncertainties, misleading information, etc."
"Unfortunately I saw the price and against better judgement I did not check for reviews prior to placing an order on a Citizen watch that they clearly do not have in stock. Most places were out of stock so of course I was excited that they not only listed it as in stock but the price was cheaper and the shipping was free with a coupon code they gave you. Fortunately I was able to call my credit card company and list my card as lost/stolen to get a new card and avoid the hassle of dealing with these scammers down the road. The charge had not gone through and now it can't since the account has been locked until I receive my new card with a new number. While this is annoying it is preferable to almost any other scenario if they had put through a charge on my account. They never responded to any of my emails or the use of live chat which was never live btw. Beware and stick to the old adage that if it appears to be too good to be true it likely is...I cant even list my order number because their website is so screwed up it wont let me sign in to my account...."

"I ordered the Omega Constellation Ladies watch on Dec 10, 2009 for my wife's birthday which was on Dec 22. I got a message that they have it on back order.
It is amazing how this company is in business as even after 2 months they do not reply or send any info about the status, last time I called the customer rep laughingly said that this item is not scheduled till Jan end and when I called today [Feb 13th 2010] they never answered and hence I canceled. This is not fair practice as if I had known in advance about the back order, I would have gone with another merchant.

"I purchased an Omega Seamaster for my fiance on July 15th. I was charged and the watch
did indeed arrive in a timely manner. We were pleased for about 15 minutes until we
quickly realized that the bezel was damaged with a nick taken out of it. We immediately
called the returns dept. and asked for a Return Authorization Number so we could
exchange the watch for an undamaged watch. We spoke to a gentleman named "Eric" who was
rather unhelpful which was surprising since a customer buying such an expensive timepiece
would expect to receive more professional service. He refused to give us a Return number and said they hand inspect all products that go out. Anyhow, we have subsequently tried numerous times
to contact them through their "Online Chat" and their "Customer Service" lines. Neither of
which produced any type of results or even a live person. We are extremely displeased with their company and will be reporting them to the
better business bureau of New York, not that they are likely to care, since I noticed
after a quick search, they are already under investigation by BBB.

"This seller is terrible. The Citizen Calibre 8700 I ordered using Google Checkout showed up with scratches on the face and band. I returned the item to the seller immediately and they never returned my money. They said that they had refunded the transaction to Google Checkout and that I should contact them; however Google Checkout said that they never saw the return transaction from the vendor. I resolved the matter by putting a stop order on it through my credit card company. "
"Do not use Jewels Warehouse or Monelly or any other name they do business under, it appears to be a scam.
I placed an order on Apr 3 via Google Checkout, haven't heard anything from them and tried contacting them by email on Apr 8, Apr 14, May 18 with zero replies. Managed to find a billing phone number and called after May 18 to be told that the watch I ordered is out of stock, but should ship shortly.
After not hearing anything, called again in early June and was told that my ordered was canceled (w/out any notice) and that they issues refund -- this turned out to be false, as no refund was issued.
I have just opened a dispute process with my credit card company and should receive a refund in 1-2 billing cycles. The $20 I though I would save by using them is not worth the trouble by any stretch of imagination. "

Finally, they took a 10% restocking fee off of the refund price, in addition to shipping costs. I wasted $32 and a lot of time messing with them."
