"DONT ORDER FROM THEM. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A SHADY STORE. I placed an order with the exception that I only wanted it if it was the full retail version, since it wasn't mentioned clearly on the site. They responded that it was not the full version in which I immediately responded to them to cancel the order. Twenty minutes later they move my order to processing. I think they are a shady company who only cares about making money and not about running a good business. I am in the process of disputing this with PayPal, as they have not shipped the product and I will not accept it if they do."
"Where's my money? It's been almost two months since I jumped through all their hoops to return a piece of software. In the first place, they make finding their RMA request contact email (the ONLY way to reach them) very difficult, theirresponse time getting that RMA back to me used up most of the time their "return policies" give purchasers to return items. By their "rules" I had less than 24 hours to get it back in the mail, out of two weeks, a time span that began the day I bought it, not when I received it, or when I requested an RMA the same day. Their 15% restocking fee is usurious. I still haven't figured out exactly where their company is located: Minnesota or Nevada? Their "Return Policies" are obviously deliberately complex to the extent that their employees don't understand them. Why would I ever want to do business with them again?
