I have an '08 Cayenne, so certain parts are sourced from Germany. One large, physically and price wise, item was ordered and delivered. However, it arrived defective and needed to be replaced. Travis went to bat for me dealing directly with Porsche Germany, and had a replacement ordered and shipped without any effort on my part. I couldn't ask for better service or follow through.

Great experience, so now I'm ordering up some trim items. Can't figure out the actual part #'s so reach out to Travis. Once more, he follows through with better service than I get in person most places.

Convenience of Internet Shopping, better than in person support and service. I couldn't ask for anything better.
