"I have found Jim Ellis Volvo Parts to fill orders correctly and have the best prices I can find on the web for Genuine Volvo parts. The problem is that with all of my (three) orders thus far I get an initial response(order confirmation),then nothing happens for days until I contact them by email. Usually I get a order in process or order shipped within 48 hours of contacting them, so I am fairly sure the parts are in stock. They have sent my orders via USPS Priority so I get them fast once the order is filled. The parts catalog on the web is excellent, quite easy to navigate and search for what I need. Overall good service but this problem with lag time should be addressed."

All parts were very professionally packaged and arrived in perfect shape. The only thing that could have improved the transaction would have been to learn if the items were in stock and the approximate ship date before the order was placed. That information was not provided until a week or so later."
