"DECEITFUL, DISHONEST, and SNEAKY are the best words to describe Jittles.com. AVOID JITTLES LIKE THE PLAGUE if you care about accurate product description, timely delivery, and any decent refund process.
I ordered an Asus notebook on August 14 and NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR. So, I ask for a refund on September 4 and after acknowledging my refund request, Pradip Sur (Jittles.com rep) says "We did not hear back from you" on September 6, so he made no attempt to start the refund process. Our email correspondence proves he is lying because he responded to my initial refund request before September 6.
1. Jittles falsely advertised the notebook computer as in stock when it was not in stock and Jittles.com NEVER STOCKED THE NOTEBOOK.
2. The notebook was described with a 2 year warranty when it only had 1 year warranty. Jittles.com changed this detail AFTER COLLECTING PEOPLES CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
In conclusion, Jittles used FALSE ADVERTISING to charge my credit card number, they kept extending the delivery time even AFTER their competitors like Newegg.com and Amazon.com had the same Asus notebook IN STOCK, and my order was delayed ~25 days!
Somehow, Pradip Sur managed to change a 5-day refund process to an alleged 14-day refund time period when I asked for my refund. And, I had to tell him THREE TIMES to refund my money before he agreed to cancel and refund the money.
As I type this, I HAVE NO PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR and NO REFUND EITHER! Jittles has my money and wasted ~1 month of my time!"
