"I ordered two travertine sidesplashes. Both shipped over one week beyond the "guaranteed" shipping date. Both arrived completely broken (i.e. a box of rocks). I am still trying, for over the last month, to obtain usable replacements. The problem is that J. Keats is a drop-shipper and middleman. The quality of support and customer service is poor because of this.
Save yourself a lot of aggravation and lost time.....shop somewhere else!"
"I put an order in on 5/4.. it stated at that time it would ship on 5/9.. I then get an email saying it has been shipped. I was like great! I opened the tracking number and it was to the wrong address. I called them and they stated I got the wrong tracking number. They then told me it was back ordered until 5/29. I then got a delivery confirmation.. which is after I found out it was back ordered. I then called again. They said that was a mistake after it took 3 days to get back to me. Then they told me they needed to take payment to hold my spot in line because it was getting ready to ship next week. 1 minute later after payment was taken I get another email saying the order is pushed to 6/25. I call them and they say this is all normal!! unreal. Buyer beware this site is a scam.. I ordered from Signature Hardware and got awesome service with everything coming on time. "
"I ordered a 3-piece 92" vanity from J.Keats. It was delivered on schedule, however there was shipping damage to 2 of the 3 pieces. On the day of delivery, I filed a claim with them that resulted in an agreement that a new countertop would be sent to me and that a credit would be provided for some rear framing damage that I had to pay my contractor to fix. The replacement parts showed up after multiple calls to get shipping information. However, everyone there has "no record" of the credit for the other damage. By right, I could have refused the shipment and had them send a completely new unit, but since the damage was to the rear and my contractor could fix it, I thought it was fair to accept the credit. I wish I had returned it now. I am now out an extra $100 to repair damaged caused by shipping. To add to it, after everything was installed, I discovered that one of the drawer handles is slightly different than the rest. They are unique handles (one of the reasons I ordered this in the first place) and I cannot find them online anywhere. I have called J.Keats multiple times to ask how I go about getting a correct handle (even offered to pay for it). I am told someone will call me back with information, but that has never happened. A lot of J.Keats’ inventory is carried by other online retailers. I definitely recommend buying from a more reputable dealer. You may pay a few more dollars up front, but your overall experience will be much better."

"I had previously rated JKeats a 5 for this transaction when they said they had my mirror in stock and I would receive it in 2 days (everyone else had a delivery date of mid-May and I am 2 weeks from completion of a bathroom remodeling project.) But when I got my shipping timeline notification indicating an expected ship date of mid-May the day AFTER it was supposed to have arrived according to the website AND they billed my credit card 6 weeks in advance of receiving the mirror, I am changing my rating to a 2. My credit card should not have been charged until the item had shipped. (It may never ship.) Meanwhile, they are earning interest on my money. My email to them went unresponded to. Today I will call."
