"The order of 6/30/15 was the first time I ever purchased bullion. I used a debit card for the first order, so there was a slight premium factored in to cover what the card company charges JM to process the transaction. The first order was in my secure mailbox three days later!! Very carefully packaged. I subsequently over the next five weeks placed five more orders. Paid by check to avoid the card premium. Paying by check takes time for them to receive the check in the mail, then there is a few days until the check clears through the bank. Even so I received my orders within 10 to 14 days. I don't require fast delivery so paying by check is the way to go. I researched several bullion dealers before going with JM and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Above A1 in my estimation. If you get any inquiries direct them to JM. They also don't charge for shipping, which many of the other online dealers do. I will be patronizing JM for a very long time."

"JM moved there warehouse to Nevada during my order. New warehouse messed up and shipped me 2 orders of the same order. They got ahold of me and we did make everything ok for both sides.
