"Order was returned by shipper. No problem there.
Problem: JM bullion held my returned order which they signed for for almost a week without contacting me at all.
I had to call them. Twice.
I called them the day they received it (07/19) as you can be sure I was tracking a $1400 package. They said a 'return specialist' would call me back that evening. Finally a week later on 7/25 I had to call back myself. I was told there was no note about my previous communication. Convenient. I was connected to that 'return specialist' who wouldn't you know had my order in a stack in front of her. Sometimes it takes 3 days to process. Again convenient. It's been almost 5 full business days...

Horrible Customer process as i should have been notified immediately that they had received a return and are working on it. I should not have to hound them.
Horrible customer service as they did not note my initial call.
Horrible customer service in the attitude i received from both representatives I dealt with today. Sorry to have annoyed you guys with legitimate questions about my order.

Edit: in response to jm bullions response i want to point out that you completely ignored the points in my review. In fact i was careful to put in the very first line that the problem was not a returned shipment. That happens even , as in this case, when the address is correct. It was tour process after that i took issue with. Comically your response has proved my point."

MY money is still "tied-up" while waiting for an answer. what I'm finding out more about jm bullion is that they offer a specific price for a product but when the transaction goes through you are ALWAYS going to be STUCK with a HIGHER premium price.
