"JM Bullion in my opinion has a slow delivery time frame compared to other online precious metal dealers. It sometimes takes them over a week to deliver an order. Also, I had to return 5 silver Canadian Maple leaf coins because of "milk spotting" on more than half of all the coins. They all looked awful. After I sent the coins back with the shipping label they e-mailed me, they somehow lost the package at their warehouse. After waiting a week for some kind of response, I called JM bullion to check on the status of my return. The sales representative that I spoke with on the phone on a Friday said that he would have someone call me back the following Monday to inform me if my package arrived. By Monday evening, I still haven't been contacted by anyone at JM Bullion. I called again that Monday and was informed that my package was delivered to their warehouse but they couldn't find the package. Now even though it was JM Bullion that lost my package, I still had to wait another 2 days for them to finally mail me my replacement coins. After going through all of this, I will never do business with JM Bullion again."
