We placed an order for Christmas. One item was not available as listed but the 'better than ordered' substitute sent in replacement came quickly, due to their understanding that I was probably ordering for a gift. A back ordered item came sooner than projected. Overall, I was pleased with the offerings, the received items, and the service."
