"My experience with Nbridal has been great. They have such cute stuff for decent price and the material and quality has been fine too. I ordered a dress on 18th Jan and got them around 4th Feb. I had chosen free shipping and so it arrived earlier then expected. Have another dress in shipping right now.
Now, on the topic of customer service and tickets. I do not have much experience with that but 2 out of 3 of my tickets have been resolved and the third one is a work in progress. Nbridal people have talked to me politely and quickly. Their English hasn't been perfect but it was understandable. On 1 ticket I did not receive reply but after sending a reminder, the next time I logged in, my issue was resolved (I couldn't see the status of invitation to friends earlier).
So overall, my experience has been great. The dresses are totally worth the price and wait. Just use common sense and I think you'll be fine."

I chose the free shipping option which does take up to a few weeks, but I had this is mind with the items coming from overseas, even though is free I was still provided with a tracking code for this. The clothes are really cute, keep in mind the sizes are really small and different from western sizes, i am normally a size 8, and still looked carefully at the provided measurements of every item, so as long as you read the details on what your buying the sizes are good. "I was torn between giving this store 4 or 5 stars.I ordered a dress with custom measurements,the sizes are suit for me except the length ,it is too long.I have to cut it down,fortunately I can deal with it so I will not pay extra money for it.However, disregarding the length issue, the dress looks just like in the picture.the quality is great, the beading is well-done, the fabric is soft, and I ordered it as the same as the picture.Overall I give this dress 5 stars.But the whole feel makes me a little down.So i give the store 4 star."

"I ordered 2 dresses out of 8 and other 6 dresses haven't arrived as yet. The dresses are 99.99% just like the dress shown in the image. The only thing was that I asked for a champagne and a mocha colored dress, and to me, the color seem a little lighter on both of the dresses, but still love it none the less. The communication was swift and very clear, and they were very professional and understanding. The delivery time was very accurate ,though it felt longer to me because I was too excited to receive them. Also, the prices weren't that bad.
