"I returned a couple items in one package, and got an automated response acknowledging receipt, but got credited for only one of the two items. Followed up several times about the missing refund but got no response whatsoever, though their customer service had been quite responsive in approving me to send the items back and paying for exchange items earlier (though they also actually did not fully honor the exact exchange price I was supposed to get). After multiple weeks of follow up and absolutely 0 response from Jockey about the missing refund, I disputed the missing refund amount from the original charge with my credit card company and got my money back that way.
This is a bit of a shady company—beware if you do business with them. Unfortunately I like one style of their undergarments better than any other I’ve found, but no longer trust the company or anything they claim.
Would advise purchasing from elsewhere if possible but if you do business with Jockey, I suggest using credit vs debit to allow for recourse from potential impropriety in transactions, keeping documentation of all transactions and agreements, and checking all transactions (charges and refunds) carefully. "
"Jockey products are really durable and very comfortable. It's a bit pricy when compared to other brands and the variety is less. But it is easily available as there are many outlets. Overall it's a good product and I may recommend it to others. "
"Placed an order at jockey.com and it went through using a gift card. I later get an email stating they cancelled my order with no explanation. When I called to find out why order was cancelled, they stated I could not use a gift card. I found out however jockey still authorized the money to come off the card! I had to call three times to jockey before they would correct it and it still isn't put back on my card and it has been ten(10) days. They admitted there online software is not user friendly and should have made the buyer aware that form of payment could not be used. The floor supervisor Tammy stated my funds would be put back instantly after she reversed the authorization but that never happened!! She also kept saying to me she could not help me any further. What terrible customer service. "
"I like a pair of underwear they mfg, but have a hard time finding it in stores, so I thought online was my best bet. Ordered on 2/24, shipped on 2/26. What I received was not what was pictured on the website. The waistband pictured had a same color muted jockey logo. The ones I received had a white contrasting logo shouting JOCKEY! I was not happy, so I emailed customer service explaining the situation. They immediately re-ordered the items for me. I received the same thing as the first order! UGh, I just gave up and kept them, not worth the trouble returning them. As of this writing they still have not replaced the images on the website."
"Jockey.com canceled my order with no given explanation. Even if something was mis-priced, I would have at the very least expected them to tell me so rather than cancel my order w/o telling me why. Their customer service could really use some communication skills. "
