"My order probably looked nice and tidy when it left but by the time it got to me, being in a foam plastic envelope (just a couple silnt captr springs and adj gas block) it looked like it had been to war! One spring had made its way out during the trip and the bag was resealed at least once before it got to me, I believe the owner personally addressed my issue and got a replacement out in less than a week. lately I've had packages from USPS show up pretty beat but this is the first time I've had it arrive resealed and missing an item.. not sure whats going on with USPS but its reassuring to know your buying from a company that cares about it's customers."
