Received 2 rails but only 1 set of rollers
Looks like it is a common practice that parts are missing as in the email they wrote.

"INSPECT YOUR ORDER WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ORDER RECEIPT. We will not honor refund request for missing, incorrect items or freight damage after the 48 hour customer order/shipment inspection period. Document ANY freight damage on shipping company paperwork before signing shipment release."

I had passed window as trusted all in as ordered
But when time came to install found out about missing parts
Contacted company but they refused to fulfill as ordered
Lost over $100 USD because trusted I deal with honest company
