"I received a pair of shoes, that I believe are knockoffs. They are not my size and I can't find out how to return them. Have contacted them, and will continue to contact them. Took 2 months to receive and is not what I ordered. I ordered a size 9.5 and received maybe a size 8.5."
"I called customer service and had to talk with them about 10 times, but it was because I wanted something shipped to my personal address, and I was using a business credit card. There was a mix-up after I placed my order with the business credit card, but had my personal address as the shipping address...I guess I should have known this might create a red flag, but I'm just innocent and didn't think about it.
I was immediately sent an email saying to call them to resolve the issue so they could ship my order. I called them and they handled me very professionally and courteously.
In the end, they got everything right and reassured me that I would get the order to my personal address.
My product arrived in one week...I ordered 200 12-15" plush assorted animals, and they are ADORABLE!!!!!! I couldn't be happier!!!!!! They are soft, furry, and perfect for their purpose! We are giving them away to nursing home residents who are not visited very often at Christmas time. We are visiting 7 different nursing homes here locally and are getting a list from each nursing home of clients who are not visited regularly, and each one will get a bear and a fleece blanket. So excited to have found these plush for such a great price!!!!!!!! $1.95 each!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o) :o) :o)"
"I'm a business owner and made a called to Joissu about their credibility and shipping cost for the item (they get very expensive). Before getting into their credibility, because reviews were so horrible, I asked about their shipping cost and who they use to ship out their merchandise and whether do they get special rate from UPS and FedEx which they currently using. I only asked few questions and **** the phone says, "Why you asking all these questions? are you going to be the customer or you are just taking a survey?" well, I was going to be a customer, if I don't pay too much shipping, but if you can't even ask a simple few questions, you definitely can't help me when I have problem with merchandise like these people who posted here about your company. "
"Very bad products! worst customer service as well! The spinners I purchased were very poor quality. like they would fall apart in your hands. The customer service rep I spoke to did not even care to explain or apologise for the inconvenience instead told me that thats how they are supposed to work. When I called them before buying the product, they said they have fast returns but when I needed to return items they deducted most of the fees as RESTOCK FEES. IT IS BASICALLY A SCAM and i suspect that some of the ratings here are fake or from the management as on other forums as i read they have a pattern of doing this with all their products."
"Do not order from Joissu if you run a business! I ordered the new and crazed Fidget Spinners. When they were shipped, they were packed individually with other large irregular shaped product which caused all of the boxes to be damaged. When I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Veronica, she originally offered to ship new boxes and then later retracted the new boxes with the statement "all we can offer is 3% off or the entire return since the spinners are so popular and cannot keep in stock, someone will purchase the damaged product!" Seriously a bad move by any business. When I asked to speak to her supervisor or higher, I was given the line that she was the manager of the spinner returns....really, who has that title? Please keep in mind that I have ordered numerous times from this company for six months and I was not offered anything more than 3% for damaged goods. The mark down that I have to make for resale is significantly more than 3%, but then again I'm a small business owner that depends on profit. Not to mention that she even admitted to offering the damaged goods to another buyer. Had they shipped the product properly this would not have been an issue. "
"The service from Joissu products is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I was spending thousands of dollars on a wholesale purchase, only to be treated rudely and told that it wasn't there problem. Blatantly rude, not helpful and the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with. "

"I have bought from Joissu on several occasions and it was always a fairly unpleasant experience. At that time, I was unfamiliar with the many other importers selling similar items, so I tried them again and again.
They are ok to deal with but the quality control from their Chinese manufacturer is horrendous. Plus, Joissu saves money by not using adequate packing material resulting in many broken and defective items. How companies like this manage to stay in business is the real mystery. I guess Barnum was right. I would avoid this company at all costs unless they have something no one else has that you must have. That's not likely since their product line is very ordinary. If you want a case of fake dog poop, you'll probably do ok with Joissu. If you want fancy light up light sabers and the like, go elsewhere. Their prices are nothing great either so why risk it? Sorry Joussu but it's the truth and you know it. You could improve but choose not to. No sympathy."

just got off the phone with your customer returns manager... i placed an order october 28th for over $1200 worth of lightup toys for an event benefitiing pediatric cancer reasearch. I ordered 144 light up swords, at least 1/3 of the swords did not function at all... I was informed that since it has been over 15 days since my order, and because i did not save the faulty swords, there is nothing that can be done to fix this problem... how disappointing. i run 2 pts's in our area and sit on the board for a major non-profit i can assure that we will NEVER use your company or prodcuts again. I will stick with businesses that back their products and offer ethical and honest business practices.. the truly unfortunate part? I wasn't asking for my money back, just that you provide replacements for the faulty merchandise that would have then been donated to our local pediatric cancer facility. Shame on you"
"This is the first time I did not read the reviews before purchasing and I am glad I did not.
This was a very positive experience for me. We are collecting toys at church to go into19561624 shoe boxes that will be delivered to children in a third world country.
All bulk items (14 different ones) were in excellent condition; I liked the way each item was individually wrapped, and I could track the order to know exactly when it would arrive - which was within 6 business days.
Kudos to their customer service rep as well. I was contacted, via email, that one of the items (plush bears) was 4 short of the amount I requested and was given the option to substitute something of near equal value, which was not difficult.
When I responded with the desired item to be substituted ("laying down bears"), another email was kindly sent as confirmation as well as their customer service number in case I had any questions about my order or the shipping.
I arrived home today to find the purchased items and noticed that there were 2 extra plush bears included!
I had never heard of this company before but I would recommend them to others and will be doing business with them again.

"Very disappointed. Placed a huge order($$$) for party favors for my daughter's birthday party. I sent the invites out one month in advance of the party date. asked for rsvps within 2 weeks. waited a few extra days for straggling rsvps that inevitably happens andas expected. before placing my order, i called Joissu and spoke with someone about choosing the best shipping option so that i could get my products in time for the party. I chose as advised. Received my order 3 days before the party. Immediately opened box and did a count. Was short 2 stuffed animals and a top gun which would short-change 2 children. I immediately contacted Joissu to report the shortage. Instead of putting the missing items right in the mail, they indicated it was too late in the day to do so (4:40 p.m.) and they wanted me to "check" my order to be sure that i was, indeed, missing these items and to await a call the next day. I reminded them the party was occurring in 3 days. Rep didn't seem concerned. Got a phone call the following morning to inform me that they found 2 of the missing items in their warehouse and apologized. wanted to confirm that I was still missing the third item. I indicated I was. They said they would put it in the mail, but I would not receive them till 3 days after the party. I asked them why they couldn't overnight it to me. They said the missing items weren't worth the cost of expedited shipping. I reminded them that I am now faced with choosing 2 children who would be sent home with incomplete favor bags. The rep did not seem concerned. I reminded them that they were one of the few party favor "stores" that charge shipping while just about everyone else waives the shipping when your order exceeds a certain amount. And my order nearly tripled the amount that most stores require to waive the shipping. but i chose them because i liked some particular items and decided to pay the shipping. but now, i felt it unfair that they wouldn't make me whole and disappoint two 9-year-old children for THEIR MISTAKE. i didn't realize that I had to choose a shipping method that would take into consideration the SELLER'S mistakes. Do not buy. There are plenty of other vendors out there who sell good party favors."
"Joissu identifies themselves as a wholesaler, but their prices are above retail. You can go to almost any Dollar Store and buy these products for less. They also screw you another 25% of the order total for shipping. That is far above normal, especially for lightweight plastic and no packing material. Every month or so, they'll send out a coupon that's only good for 3 days. By the time you're ready to place an order, the coupon is invalid. They don't have an email address, so you have to call and hold to get issues resolved. I don't enjoy shopping at Joissu anymore."
