"Ordered an item on the 21st of June 2011. Payment from PayPal cleared on the 27th of June. Item not shipped until 7 July according USPS website. I called on the 5th and 6th stating need item by 9th, they offered no solution, just sorry and we will refund your shipping for the inconvenience. When I asked to speak with a supervisor regarding the matter, I was told they were on the other line. I said I would wait and I was told that it would be a long wait. I asked to have the customer rep's supervisor call me and the gentleman on the phone said it would be unlikely that I would get a return call. I left my phone # but received no call. I even suggested on the 7th that they overnight the item and I would refuse the original item, the customer service representative said no. Highly unlikely that I will use Jomadeals again.

I bought a keyboard from JomaShop.com. The keyboard I got is not a brand new one as mentioned on the product page. The package has been opened and there are a lot of fingerprints on the keys. In addition, JomaShop shipped it in the keyboard box which is very thing and definitely not provide enough protection for the item. I do not recommend this seller."
