"I bought the 6-Inch Stainless Steel Digital Caliper with LCD Screen. The operation of the caliper feels kind of rough - like there's sand or something in the mechanism. Accuracy supposedly goes to .0005", but I have not checked it against any gages or anything yet. Still, it was the right price for me to have a set of calipers at home, and I can't imagine anything I'd be measuring there that would need that kind of accuracy, so I'm happy with my purchase."

I immediately contacted customer service, and received an RMA of which I HAD TO PAY for shipping... when it was their mistake in the first place??? I am very disappointed/disatisfied with JomaDeals / JomaShop.com online store. I once again called the customer service rep number, and stated my problem, I was told that I would receive by email a free RMA, BUT NEVER DID!!
