"I purchased an item on 12/15 as a christmas gift, and the website said 5 - 7
days for shipping. I paid via paypal and the payment went through.
i had not received the item as of 12/21, nor had i received a tracking
number, so i emailed them to see if the item had shipped at 8:57AM CST . I
received a cryptic email on 12/22 at 9:29AM CST saying
"Your order is pending verification. Once verified we will ship to you."
I called to find out what they needed to verify and got the message "due to
high call volumes, call back later".
this is looking very shifty. once i receive my reply, i will update this
review with what they are doing.

Jomadeals has updated their system, admitted their fault, and is sending my package via next day air. once it arrives, i will finalize my review."
"I reciently order a watch from Jomadeals. It was a horrible experience.....nevermind them taking two weeks to ship my watch, they also double charge me for my order and I am still trying to get my credit back.
Every time that I had called in to Jomashop I was confronted with a (I know nothing attitude) I told them that I was charged twice and they kept advising me that it was only charged once and if anything it was just a pending charge that would drop off. I told Jomashop that it had cleared and that the funds were removed form my bank account. After numerous attempts to try and get this resolved, Joe one of the representatives there made me send in a screen shot of my bank statement before he would look into it any furthur due to them being 100% sure that my card was not charged. After the screen shot of my bank account was sent in (which i was very hesitant to do and should not have had to do) Joe advised me that he sent my order to the
accounting department for furthur investigation.
After all this happened I was contacted with them letting me know that my credit has been initiated and that I should have within a few days....its over a week now and I stil ldo not have.
If all of the above is not enough......USPS has sent the package back to sender due to them stating it was an undeliverable address lol....just my luck.
Would not wish jomadeals on my worst enemy.
