"I have bought a half dozen watches from Jomashop over the years. The one watch I needed warranty work done on they will not accept. They say that there is visible damage on the watch which there is not. The proof is in the pictures. The watch is pristine on the outside but the minute sub dial will not align properly. I have sent them more pictures in good quality light that prove without a doubt there is no physical damage, they have yet to respond. I do not want a new watch I just want it to function properly."
