"Joma is a site I have used time and time again for watch purchases. Great selection from daily drivers to extreme opulence. They are able to provide competitive pricing because they're a gray market retailer -- just like Costco or others. Perfectly legit and authentic timepieces. Joma even offers 2 year warranty on their items (though I've never had to use it).
I feel that, as with all luxury items, some are looking for a certain purchasing 'experience'. Maybe for that reason Jomashop is not for everyone. Joma's customer service as been prompt and courteous to me when I've needed them and the live chat option is a convenience.
No complaints about shipping to Canada; I've had products ship either the same day or the day after and have always been hooked up with a tracking number. Never a long wait.
All in all, I highly recommend Joma to friends and colleagues as my experience has always been positive and they have proved to offer the best prices that I can find."

"I ordered a watch through Jomashop. I do think the price and quality of the product itself are good and competitive, but the box containing the watch is damaged. I tried to contact them, but the online chat is always not available, even during the working hours. I tried to email them, but they never wrote back, not until maybe a month. Finally I got through to them, but the refund was limited. I got the watch for a friend as a birthday gift, and the damaged box made it impossible for me to give it to him. I initially wanted a new box and i really believed I could get one on time since I bought it a week early. But I could not get hold of anybody for that week and I ended up buying something else for him, which costed me a lot of extra money. The solution offered to me, after I FINALLY got in contact with them through online chat, was either a new box, or 15$, which is not even close to what I have to pay for their mistake. After that, I finally got their response through email, saying hey, I see your problem is solved so I don't need to worry about you anymore. LIKE YOU DID! I am really not satisfied with this purchase. The refund should be more"

"Bought a tag heuer carrera 01. it Says it’s 100 Meter water resistant but is not. Had it for 3 days, took a trip to Hawaii. Second day there water got in. They blame me for not putting the crown in, when I know I did first day I got it. Issue happened 5 days later. Keep in mind I don’t know how to swim, I went 5 feet in the water. If crown wasn’t in, wouldn’t the watch stop working and not tell time? They refused to replace or exchange it. Horrible customer service, talked to 2 managers who ducked me around for almost 3 weeks. I was told to do w.e I wanted, that I was stuck with the watch. They said I used the watch so I can’t return it. I asked for an exchange not a refund. How do you know a watch is defective without using it? Once you remove tags and wear it. That’s it! at that point your stuck and you can’t return it. So it’s best to have it in the box and walk around with it everywhere and hope it’s ok. Cool logic Jomashop. Any bad reviews left on their website they won’t post them. Better of buying an Apple Iwatch for $400 bucks then paying 4K for a watch that’s worthless from this company. If you can’t backup your watches. Put a label on your site and boxes use at own risk. I created a yelp page since I found a few people have the same issue with this company.
