I had ordered Ray-Ban glare which was about 110$. Delivery was on time but somehow ordered item got stolen (not sure from where). I had contacted Jomashop customer support regarding missing order. They did investigate with shipping provider and couldn't locate the missing order. Jomashop send me another order within short time with secured delivery option. This shows how are they willing to help customers. I would highly recommend this online shopping site."
"I've recently purchased a Seiko SNA-411 and a Citizen ProMaster Nighthawk A-T from Jomashop. The prices were the best that I'd found. Shipping was fast. The only thing was when I tried to register the Citizen it said that they weren't an authorized dealer. As Jomashop has a 5 yr. warranty and the factory only two, this may not be a big deal and could be a positive is the service when dealing with a broken watch is as good as it is on a new purchase. Hopefully, I won't have to find out.
I was a bit disappointed with the Seiko as it was smaller than expected but I love the Citizen. Of course, this is all personal preferences and really has no bearing on the ease of shopping with this site."
