"Ordered a in stock oil filter for my 23’ Tacoma on Jones’s website on 10/17. Paid 16.00 in shipping handling thinking this would be expedited shipping. 10/24 the order still had not shipped. I called customer service to cancel the order. Jones tied my hands and forced me to order from Amazon, and of course FREE one day shipping. "
