Once got fitted for a groomsman suit to buy, when the suit came in it was about 4 sizes too large and the Wichita KS location got the correct size in for me within 48 hours. Another time I had a coupon sent to me to use either in store or online. After trying my promo code several times online to have it not work, I sent an email to jos.a.bank and the next day they got back to me saying they had looked up the number that wasn't working, and they put the order through with my promo code.
