"I've ordered parts online multiple times and always had a good experience. For those who don't know... Toyota gives incentives for dealers who support their online sales initiative so these parts can be significantly cheaper than retail (ie if you buy at the counter). Joseph Toyota consistently has some of the best pricing in Cincinnati. I generally pick up my orders at the parts counter to also save on shipping charges. Orders usually arrive in a couple of business days. Maintaining old (classic?) Toyotas is a lot easier this way."
