"Worst customer service I have ever encountered. My order was made on 9/11/2014 and received 1 email with an order number and that I should receive my order in 3 to 5 business days.
Monday 9/15 I check the tracking and see that the order is still processing so I email them to ask why and finally get an emails stating they need to verify the billing address. Which really is no problem but why not call or email me on the 11th and ask for that information? So I speak to someone on the "management team" give them the correct billing information and was told the order would process and be shipped out the next day.
9/16/2014 I again check the tracking and find it is still in processing and again email them to ask why, now it seems the shoes aren't in stock and it will be another 7 to 15 days before I will receive them because they are shipping from a store. Huh? Why wasn't I told that while I was on the phone?
So I call to cancel the order and the person I was speaking to says it cant be cancelled and would not let me speak to a manager. I demand that it be cancelled and want a verifications code which she finally gives me but still wont let me talk to a manager.
All I can say is wow how horrible now I wont even buy their shoes in one of their stores.
