"Curser does not work on computer. Also the underside of the computer was missing screw. screws were in loosely. The batter was not completely fitted in the computer. Lastly, why don't you guys answer the phone.
This refurbished computer looked like a rush job huge lack of quality control. This is sad because the brief moments the computer worked it was supper fast, and could play 4k youtube videos. Such great potential lost do to rushing out production and no one caring about quality. Agian loose and several crews missing that is what in the outside. Who knows what is missing on the inside of the unit.

"My husband bought me a refurbished computer from them at Christmas. It broke in the end of June. The computer died and could not be rebooted. Husband contacted by phone the company, the phone rang, was answered and sent to a recorded voice message saying you are caller 2, please hold, then he was hung up on. He called a few times, and this same thing happened. He emailed, they called him back, he explained to the tech what had happened, they said they will attempt to get the information off the memory, and put that into a new refurb they will be sending out if they can't fix mine. They sent a shipping label via email. I shipped it back. They got it, and we got a notice saying they sent out the new refurbished laptop. They sent it FedEx. It sat in FedEx and they wouldn't help us when we tried to call about why we were getting notices the package will be delivered and it is not delivered. This went on for 3 weeks after the laptop was sent by them. I finally called FedEx yet again, and they said they have it, but have no idea where other than it's sitting in a bin, but will deliver it when they can. I live in suburban Detroit. FedEx trucks are delivering all the time. We contacted the tech again, he will see if the tech has the memory still and they will send me another laptop, this time not FedEx. We got another notice from Joy Systems saying they sent the other computer out and it was sent yet again, FEDEX. We got it finally 10 days after that second computer was sent. They did not even attempt to preserve the memory. My dissertation was on there. My microsoft suite was on there. As well as family pictures that will never be seen again. They told us AFTER the fact that they do not send or preserve the memory. After my husband had talked to the technician the first few times on the phone when he asked the tech to call us through emails he had sent. Then, the last person we spoke to today, refused to give us his name, said the memory was unrecoverable, and hung up. He's sorry, but it is not their job, and it clearly says on the shipping label. Well why did your people lie and say they will try to do it, not once, but twice? These people are a sham and care nothing for their customers. The response back when we said we couldn't even access microsoft suites on their new computer was well, you should, but it's not our problem. We bought the subscription extra. NEVER buy from this company. The only reason why they have received a 1 star is that I couldn't give them a zero. They are liars and their product breaks after 6 months of use. "
"i ordered a joysys, refurb z-book from tigerdirect. replacement for old (6 year) hp pavilion. the z-book is a friggin" beast. i did not know that laptops were even built in such as massive fashion... the charger is about 1.5 the size of an actual brick...i really didn't know such mass existed any more. so
i was surprised by all this "size" and not very happy with the sellers. some basic size/weight comparisons with "predecessor" product would be extremely helpful.. i am dealing with those moron elsewhere... but the zbook was complete and ready to go right out of the box. it has been 100% fast and reliable = in all ways "like new". i look forward to finding a less massive charger. and then another 6 years of daily use. i also like the 1-year warranty. "Item was delivered ,on 6/16/2020. I have been using it ever since. The only problem I have had, Other then Windows 10 -- is the disc C.D. Drawer, it only comes out about 1 1/4", and I have to pull it out all the way , to insert C.D. .
