"Lamp shade arrived dented. First item was night stand. After second time I returned the night stand I finally had to just keep the second stand with damage. Joybird packaging of items needs improvement."

We had an unpleasant situation with a sales person there however Charlie went over and above our expectations. He is a true gentleman and a class act. With that being said we will continue to shop at Joybird as needed for future purchases. I hope he is acknowledged with this review

"Went into the Portland showroom to see swatches of material before I ordered my bed. Trey, the sales associate was extremely helpful. He greeted me right away and led me to what I needed, then left me to explore the fabrics without interruption.
When I was ready to order he took care of the entire process. Couldn’t have bean easier!
