"I had to cancel my order after 24 hours. It was more like 36 hours. I was charged a 20% restock fee even though it was throw pillows and not furniture. The store people should have been upfront about this policy."

"Paid a $20 delivery fee. Needed to return because the color was wrong. Told I had to pay another fee to return AND a restocking fee of 25%. Absolutely absurd, especially since most companies offer free delivery, free return, and no restocking fees. They make it not worth your while to return. Not good business practice at all. Very disappointed with my first purchase. Will not be purchasing ever again from Joybird. "

" I saw it online so I knew what I wanted when I walked in & just order it. Easy 5 minute transaction. Aiza was very helpful & offered an extra 5% discount which was nice. There were a few other items I was interested in however they were not in the showroom & deferred a purchase because I wanted to see the sofas & actually sit on them before buying."

"My dining table came damaged and Joybird is saying that they won’t do anything because it was a clearance item. I didn’t realize it was clearance (I thought it was simply on sale as the whole website was on sale) until checkout, and it did say it was a final sale. I didn’t realize that meant they wouldn’t make things right when it came damaged. I will not buy from Joybird again."
